1930's Gas Station

Last Sunday we visited and old 1930's gas station way out in the middle of nowhere between Bentpath and Florence not far from Shetland, you know the place.  The owner Wayne Chapman is the son of the original owner.  Wayne continued to run the garage up until a few years ago.  He is very happy to see people drop by and see all the old items.  He told us about how his dad would get out each morning before the sun rose and pump the gasoline up into the glass cylinders.  He would only fill them to the 9 gallon mark.  As the sun heated up the glass the gas expanded and gave him another gallon to sell and an extra 10% profit.
